Milling adapter

Milling adapters are indispensable tools in the world of precision machining. The ever-smaller PCBs are joined together to form a panel to simplify further processing and assembly. Special panel separators are required to separate the PCBs from each other.

RÖSNICK milling adapters provide you with optimally adapted depaneling adapters for separating your PCB panels using milling or sawing technology. We offer these either with pin support or as a milled aluminum support block. The surface is hard-coated or anodized to optimize resistance. Matching cover systems in hinged, latching or magnetic design ensure full-surface contact pressure and protect your PCBs. Our optional universal holder also reduces set-up times and saves storage space.
